
About me
I’m a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Holistic Wellness Coach, and CBT Practitioner, and I founded Align Holistic Nutrition because I know firsthand how hard it can be to feel like yourself when food feels stressful and life feels overwhelming.
For years, I turned to food to cope with stress, exhaustion, and frustration. Late-night binges, energy crashes, and constant overwhelm became the norm. Through targeted nutrition, lifestyle habits, and mind-body strategies, I healed my gut, reclaimed my energy, and restored my health, even after thyroid surgery.
Motherhood and entrepreneurship taught me that life is busy, unpredictable, and messy, which inspired me to design practical, flexible programmes that work for real women.
Today, I guide women through simple, nourishing strategies that rebuild energy, balance mood, and create a healthy relationship with food, so they can finally feel like themselves again!
